Every foot is unique, so finding the right size involves more than just measuring your foot length. Factors such as high or low insteps, wide or narrow feet, high arches, bunions and toe shape can all influence how footwear fits. Because of these natural variations, we do not recommend choosing your size based solely on foot measurements or insole lengths.

Instead, we recommend selecting the US size you most commonly wear in international sneaker brands such as Nike or Adidas. Our sizing is designed to align closely with these brands, making it the most reliable way to find your ideal fit.

How Should my UGG Boots fit. 

Our boots are crafted from premium, dense twinface Australian Merino sheepskin. The wool naturally compresses, softens and moulds to your feet over time, creating a personalised fit.

When new your boots should feel Snug but Comfortable

• Your toes may lightly touch the front of the boot or sit within approx. 0.5 cm of the front.
• If you can comfortably fit two fingers between your toes and the front of the boot, the size is likely too large.
• If your toes extend past the front stitching or feel compressed against the front of the boot, we recommend sizing up.

Understanding Our Sizing

All UGG Australia® products are labelled in US sizing.

• US sizes are equivalent to Australian sizes.
• Women's UK sizes are generally two sizes smaller than US sizes (e.g. UK Women's 5 = US Women's 7).
• UK Men's and European sizing can vary significantly between brands, so we recommend using your usual US sneaker size as your guide.

If you are purchasing based on a men's sneaker size, please note that men's and women's sizing differs.

Between Sizes?

If you usually wear a half size, we generally recommend sizing up. For example;

• Women's US 7.5 → Choose Women's US 8
• Men's US 8.5 → Choose Men's US 9

Understanding Dual Sizing

Many of our products display both men's and women's sizes on the sole;

• M6-W8 = Men's US 6 / Women's US 8
• M9-W11 = Men's US 9 / Women's US 11

Baby Sizing:

Measurements are provided in centimetres and include an allowance of approximately 1 cm at the toe and 1 cm at the heel for the dense sheepskin lining.

Delivery Times

Every order is sent from Melbourne, Australia by Australia Post International Express. Each parcel is fully tracked and sent signature required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Dispatch: 1-3 business days after you place your order
• Delivery: usually 3-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your country (see the table below)
• Please note: some countries in the Pacific, Africa and Latin America can take 12-18 business days.

Regional and rural areas may take a little longer. Dispatch can be longer during holiday and sale periods.

Track Your Parcel

Track with your local postal service (recommended)
Once your parcel reaches your country, it is delivered by your local postal service. Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation on their website (see the table below). Your local postal service gives you the most up-to-date delivery information, and you may be able to update your delivery details or reschedule your delivery directly with them.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery time:

1. Check your tracking on your local postal service's website.
2. Check your emails (including junk or spam) for missed delivery or pick-up notices.
3. Contact your local postal service urgently, quoting your tracking number. They hold your parcel and can act fastest. Their phone numbers and websites are listed below.
4. If they cannot help, contact us at info@sheepskinsdownunder.com with your order number, tracking number and what your local postal service told you.

Your Shipping Emails

Keep an eye on your inbox, and check your junk or spam folder, for these updates:

1. Order confirmation from us when you place your order.
2. Shipping confirmation from us when your parcel is dispatched, with your tracking number.
3. Delivery updates from your local postal service and Australia Post as your parcel travels. These may include delivery times, missed delivery notices and pick-up instructions.

Please read every delivery email and act on it. Your local postal service will use these emails to tell you when your parcel is arriving, or where to collect it if you were not home.

If You're Not Home

All parcels need a signature. If no one is home, your local postal service will leave a notice and take your parcel to your nearest post office or postal pick-up point. They will also email or text you with the collection details.

Parcels are usually only held for 1-2 weeks after the first delivery attempt. Extensions are sometimes possible, so contact your local postal service urgently if you cannot collect your parcel in time.

It is your responsibility to collect your parcel before it is returned to us.

Your Address and Contact Details

Your delivery address, email and phone number are your responsibility. Please check them carefully at checkout. If anything is wrong, email us at info@sheepskinsdownunder.com straight away, before your order is dispatched.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are not able to change the address or delivery details for you. You may be able to update them directly with your local postal service.

Customs & Import Duties

Duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged on delivery. Please check your country's rules for the items you are ordering. These charges are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

Time Limits for Lost Parcels

Tracking records and carrier investigations are only available for a limited time, so please act quickly.

• You must report a lost parcel to us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. The sooner you contact us, the more we can do.
• After 15 days, our ability to investigate with Australia Post is limited.
• Usually after 2 months from dispatch, tracking records are no longer available and we are unable to investigate or assist with lost parcel claims.

Unclaimed, Refused and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is not collected, is refused, or is returned to us because of an incorrect address or contact details, this is not a return or cancellation. We will charge for our costs, including original shipping, any duties paid and return shipping. We only charge what the courier has charged us.
