Track Your Parcel
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation at auspost.com.au/mypost/track. Press the Journey tab for full details of your parcel's movement. You may be able to update your delivery details or redirect your parcel directly with Australia Post.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery time:

Check your tracking on the Australia Post website.

Check your emails (including junk or spam) for missed delivery or pick-up notices.

Contact Australia Post urgently, quoting your tracking number. They hold your parcel and can act fastest.

Your Shipping Emails
Keep an eye on your inbox, and check your junk or spam folder, for these updates:

Order confirmation from us when you place your order.

Shipping confirmation from us when your parcel is dispatched, with your tracking number.

Delivery updates from Australia Post as your parcel travels. These may include delivery times, missed delivery notices and pick-up instructions.
Please read every delivery email and act on it. Australia Post will use these emails to tell you when your parcel is arriving, or where to collect it if you were not home.
If You're Not Home
If no one is home and your parcel cannot be left safely, Australia Post will leave a notice and take your parcel to your nearest post office or parcel pick-up point. They will also email or text you with the collection details.
Parcels are usually only held for 1-2 weeks. Extensions are sometimes possible, so contact Australia Post urgently if you cannot collect your parcel in time.
It is your responsibility to collect your parcel before it is returned to us.
Your Address and Contact Details
Your delivery address, email and phone number are your responsibility. Please check them carefully at checkout. If anything is wrong, email us at info@sheepskinsdownunder.com straight away, before your order is dispatched.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are not able to change the address or delivery details for you. You may be able to update them directly with Australia Post.
Time Limits for Lost Parcels
Tracking records and carrier investigations are only available for a limited time, so please act quickly.

You must report a lost parcel to us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. The sooner you contact us, the more we can do.

After 10 days, our ability to investigate with Australia Post is limited.

Usually after 2 months from dispatch, tracking records are no longer available and we are unable to investigate or assist with lost parcel claims.
Unclaimed, Refused and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is not collected, is refused, or is returned to us because of an incorrect address or contact details, this is not a return or cancellation. We will charge for our costs, including original shipping and return shipping. We only charge what the courier has charged us.
