Australia Post delivery is approximately 1-7 business days after dispatch from our Melbourne factory, depending on your location. Check delivery times from our factory (postcode 3026) to your address here.

If it has been over 7 business days past the estimated delivery time and you have contacted Australia Post and the issue is not resolved, please contact us directly, quoting your order number and details of the issue.

Unclaimed and Rejected Shipments

Please be mindful of your parcel tracking, delivery, correct address and email. If a customer fails to receive their package, provides incorrect information or rejects a parcel and it is returned to us, we will charge for our costs, including original shipping and return shipping charges.
