All orders are shipped through DHL or Australia Post depending on the option you select. DHL Express shipping will be fastest option. Please check your destination country for any taxes or custom fees for products entering the country.
What do I do if I have a problem with the delivery?
Sheepskins Downunder uses DHL or Australia Post for all online orders. Your order will be allocated with a tracking number. Your item can be tracked with your Australia Post tracking number at: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search or DHL tracking number at https://www.dhl.com/au-en/home/tracking
Please check your destination country for customs and taxes charges for goods entering the country. Sheepskins Downunder is not responsible for these fees.
We recommend contacting your local delivery provider if you have any issues with your parcel as Australia Post gives the parcel to your local shipping provider once it reaches your destination country.
Can I wash my Sheepskin boots?
Sheepskins Downunder do not recommend washing boots, as they are essentially footwear. Unless you are particularly skilled in washing suede shoes we would not recommend doing so as results vary.
Are Sheepskins Downunder products really made in Australia?
Sheepskins Downunder’s vision has always been to keep manufacture of our quality products within Australia. We pride ourselves on the authenticity of our products, which is why we can say ALL of our products are made 100% made in Australia. Everyhing is made in the ONLY sheepskin footwear tannery in Australia.
