STANDARD SHIPPING TO THE EU

Dispatch Window: All orders require 1-3 business days from placement until shipping. Please note this can be longer during holiday or sale periods.

Australia Post International Shipping is approximately 4-14 days after dispatch, depending on your country and the holiday season. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

To uphold our commitment to sustainability and a low carbon footprint, your soft, durable sheepskin boots are shipped securely without individual boxes, arriving in perfect condition.

Delivery & Tracking

All orders are sent signature required and include tracking.

Once your parcel reaches your country, it is delivered by your local postal service. Please contact your local postal service directly, quoting your tracking number, with any delivery issues or changes, for the fastest service.

Please note the tracking updates can take 1 to 5 business days to show movement in the Australia Post tracking system. Sometimes goods arrive at your destination before it even shows they have left Melbourne, Australia. If you have received a tracking notification we can assure you the goods have left Melbourne and are travelling your way.

If it has been over 14 days past the estimated delivery time and you have contacted your local postal service and the issue is not resolved, please contact us directly, quoting your order number and details of the issue.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to the EU may be charged import VAT, duties or customs fees on delivery. Please check your destination country's rules for the items you are ordering, as Sheepskins Downunder is not responsible for these costs. We do not include these charges at checkout.

Unclaimed and Rejected Shipments

Please be mindful of your parcel tracking, delivery, correct address and email. If a customer fails to receive their package, provides incorrect information or rejects a parcel and it is returned to Australia, we will charge for our costs, including original shipping, duties paid and return shipping charges.
