Exchanges
Please choose your products carefully, we do not provide refunds but offer repair or exchange of incorrect or faulty product, as outlined in the ACCC, Consumer rights & guarantees. Once an order has been shipped overseas you will need to return the product yourself if you wish to exchange the product. If you receive a product which is not as originally ordered, please email us here, with details of your original purchase, including order confirmation receipt. Please notify us of any discrepancies immediately upon arrival.
Please note, we do not exchange or provide refunds for ‘change of mind’.
