Dispatch from order placement to shipping is approximately 1-7 days from placement of order. Please note this can be longer during holiday or sale periods.

Australia Post Shipping is approximately 4-14 days after dispatch, depending on the country and holiday season. Most deliveries to the US arrive within 5 business days, after dispatch. Check times from our Melbourne Factory to your destination here. Use postcode 3026 here

DHL Express Shipping is approximately 4 days after dispatch time.

All orders are sent signature required & include tracking.

Please note the tracking updates can take 1 to 5 business days, to show movement in the Australia Post tracking system. Sometimes goods arrive at your destination, before it even shows it has left Melbourne, Australia. If you have received a tracking notification we can assure you the goods have left Melbourne and are travelling your way.

Customs & Import Duties

Please check your destination country for taxes or customs fees for the item you are ordering from as Sheepskins Downunder is not responsible for these costs. 

Unclaimed and Rejected Shipments

If a customer rejects a parcel and it is returned to Australia, we will charge for the shipping costs incurred.
