Sometimes goods arrive at your destination, before it even shows it has left Melbourne, Australia. If you have received a tracking notification we can assure you the goods have left Melbourne and are travelling your way.

Unclaimed and Rejected Shipments
If a customer fails to receive their package or rejects a parcel and it is returned to Australia, we will charge for the shipping costs incurred and reshipping costs.
